IO-Link in Chip Scale Package

Our business is miniature electronics. We continue on this trend by introducing chip scale packaging to our IO-Link line of products, starting with the HMT7748 IO-Link Dual PHY. This impressive 2.5mm x 2.5mm package sets a precedent for robust miniature electronics.

The HMT7748 IO-Link Dual PHY includes an IO-Link UART and line-driver with clock recovery, a second line-driver channel, DC-DC and linear converters and integrated surge protection and zero current reverse polarisation protection. The functions relieve the load on the uC and reduce the bill of materials, and together with chip-scale packaging, give maximum function in minimum space.
